I was just talking about Sunshine today...I loved 80% of that movie, but the other 20% was complete crap. Overall, I still liked it...

About the end portion of Sunshine . . .

I didn't like it much the first time (with the exception of the very end, when the bomb goes off, which is a beautiful scene, but after paying closer attention, I started liking how Pinbacker basically subscribes to the same philosophy as the psych officer, only more extreme. It's not like I didn't pick up on it the first time around, it's just that it's grown on me. I can't deny that a purely psychological thriller with no "bad guy" could have been super excellent, but I still like it the way it is.

I actually liked the first judge dredd, haha. For some reason.

As for the one Amoe posted, is that the one with the ridiculously awesome teasers a while ago where they had zombie nazis coming in air balloons and shit? If so, oh boy, what a step down.

I have a guilty enjoyment of some bits. Namely the ABC Robot (Hammerstein, wooo!) and the inclusion of the Angel Gang and Mean Machine.

As for Rob Schneider... well... I'll let South Park do the talking. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kGut4oU4Vig :teehee:

The Eagles are the soundtrack accompaniment to contemporary Sisyphus riding two escalators up and down a hill with a small rock in his hand for eternity.

I watched Samurai Fiction last night. Kinda Kurosawa meets Noh plus a dash of Tarantino. Such a great honest samurai movie without all the bells and whistles, and I loved the cinematography...there were some shots in that movie that I just couldn't help but :wot: definately watching it again <3
